Cordless illumination featuring low-temperature,
super-bright LED technology allows you to go anywhere, without
the constraints of a power cord. The microscope is rechargeable, with
each charge good for approximately 40-50 hours of use, and the batteries
will last up to 1000 charges! The wall charger and rechargeable
NiMH batteries are included with each package, and replacement
batteries can be found at most discount and department stores for a very reasonable price.
The LED's have a lifetime of approximately 100,000 hours,
plus they don’t generate the heat of a conventional bulb!
And what happens if you somehow are able to wear it out?
Replacement LED bulbs are inexpensive and can be ordered
right here through the shopping cart on the left.
All models are monocular and include cool temperature,
100,000 hour LED illumination with the equivalent light
output of a 20W tungsten lamp, but without the heat of tungsten.
Each model also includes real optical glass, and a reverse
position head for more room and easier use. The 10X monocular
eyepiece with pointer rotates 360o for additional ease of use,
